​Drawing from my academic background as a Commercial Engineer with a specialization in Economic and Diplomatic relations from the University of Antwerp, coupled with my knowledge acquired from studying Sustainability Leadership at KU Leuven, I am equipped with a solid foundation. I have a passion for intricate, dynamic and demanding challenges as these often unveil remarkable prospects.​

Throughout my journey, I have engaged with prominent entities such as Atlas Copco and BME. I have facilitated their transition of sustainability challenges into competitive advantages through my role as a business controller specializing in sustainability. Furthermore, I have served as a speaker, moderator, mentor, workshop facilitator, and motivator in all aspects of sustainability management. ​
